The Council on International Relations and the Palm Strategic Initiatives Centre awarded the researchers who won in the research contest entitled "Voting Behavior of UN Institutes towards the Palestinian Cause during 2005-2021."

This project, funded by Palm, sought to bring researchers to understand the international behavior towards the Palestinian cause and make recommendations in this regard.

After the evaluation of the researches by a specialized arbitration committee, Dr. Salah Abdel Atti, the chief of the International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights, gained the first rank, while the researcher Ghadeer Abu Meddain won the second.

Dr. Basim Naeem, the chief of Council on International Relations, said that we have to shed the light on the Palestinian cause in the issue of the international voting, especially amid the clear aggression in this context. He also said that the Palestinians must know their current position in the international community and how the Palestinian cause is viewed amid the current political changes.

Also, Dr. Ibrahim Alzaeem, the director of Palm Strategic Initiatives Centre, confirmed the centre's readiness to collaborate with the institutes and organizations interested in research, particularly the ones that support the Palestinian cause in order to deliver the Palestinian message to Malaysia and all the decision-makers in order to mobilize the largest support for this cause.
