Palestine Center for Prisoners Studies said that the Israeli occupation forces carried out large-scale arrest campaigns across the West Bank, mostly in Hebron. The forces arrested 50 Palestinian citizens, including deputies Nayef Al-Rujub and Mohammed Al-Tal, several leaders and freed prisoners, and Seham Al-Battat, 60 years and mother of prisoner Haitham Al-Battat. The Center said that the occupation is trying to create confusion and disturb the recent closeness between Hamas and Fatah. It also urged the international community to intervene, protect the Palestinian people and stop the arrest policy.
