US President Joe Biden has revealed the objectives of his visit to the Middle East next week.
Biden said in an article published by the Washington Post that his trip to the Middle East would contribute to the promotion of American interests, stating that a safer Middle East would benefit Americans.
He added that the Middle East waterways were essential for global trade, and the Middle East's energy resources were vital to mitigate the impact of Russia's war on Ukraine.
On the Palestinian conflict with the Israeli occupation, Biden said that he had provided the largest package of support for the occupation in history, estimated at more than $4 billion, while Saudi Arabia confirmed the latter as a strategic partner for 80 years.
