A number of Arab Parliament members affirmed their full support for Palestine's request for full membership in the United Nations and the necessity of restoring Palestinian unity.

They also called for internationalizing the Palestinian prisoners’ issue in all the international forums, and that the Arab Lawyers Union should have a role in this regard.

In a related context, they pointed out the necessity of supporting the steadfastness of the occupied Al–Quds citizens. That came through the Arab Parliament session conducted at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League to discuss the latest developments in the Arab region, particularly the Palestinian issue.
