54-year-old Habbas Rayyan was martyred after being shot by the occupation forces, under the pretext of running over an Israeli soldiers in Ramallah. 

Spokesman of the Israeli occupation reported that the man injured in the car-ramming was an occupation soldier and his situation is critical. Also, the executer, after running over the soldier, attempted to attack him with an axe, yet he was shot.
