The Israeli court in the occupied Al-Quds approved the allocation of a large part of Silwan town lands, south of Al Masjid Al Aqsa, for the "Elad" settlement association.

The occupation court rejected any application against the way in which the site and the settlement plans were operated in Silwan, which affect the Palestinian lives and rights after a series of collapsings and crakes in the main street, and the affection of dozens of houses as a result of the continuous excavations. “Elad'' is engaged into various settlements activities in order to judaize Silwan in the place, history and people.
