The United States denounced the Israeli occupation the forcibly deportation  of the Palestinian prisoner, Salah Al-Hammuri, to France. 

The Spokesman for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Jeremy Lawrence, stated that "the expulsion of a protected person from an occupied land is a serious violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention and poses a war crime.

He added that deporting him sheds the light on the Palestinians’ weak situation in Al-Quds. He stated that this is a serious indication of the situation of Palestinian human rights defenders, and the occupation.” Also, he called for the abolition of the forced deportation law.
