The number of the martyred prisoners who were martyred inside the occupation prisons due to the medical neglect policy raised to 74 prisoners since 1976, after the martyrdom of Nasser Abo Hamid.
According to the Prisoner Club, there are 600 sick prisoners in the occupation prisons facing serious health conditions, 200 of them suffer chronic diseases and 24 are cancer-stricken with various degrees.
Since 1967, 232 prisoners have been martyred in addition to hundreds of the ex-prisoners who were martyred because of the inherited diseases from prisons.
