Israeli occupation forces put conditions on the family of the martyr Naeeam Beder, who was martyred by the Israeli police in   kafr Qassem in the occupied territories of 1948, in order to give them a permit to make his funeral.

The conditions are: “ the number of the participants must not exceed 50, Media dialogues that encourage participating in the funeral are prevented, the funeral must start at 11 pm and end at 1 am, and it must include only family members.” 

The Israeli police went to the House of the Martyr to obtain the family's approval on the conditions laid down. If there is any defect in the conditions, they will not be able to hold the funeral. Also, 25 thousand shekels will be paid as a fine. "
