The Chief of Staff of the Israeli occupation army, Aviv Kokhavi, warned of the existence of two heads for the Israeli occupation army, which would affect the army's ability to make a decision in the right place and time.

In recent meetings with the poles of the new occupation government, Kokhavi said: "The presence of a minister in the office of the Minister of the Army and his placement in charge of the civil administration and coordinator will contribute to the incision of the army's class and transform it into a multi-headed army.”

Kokhavi stressed that he was exclusively under the instructions of the Minister of the Army and would not be under the instructions of another Minister, referring to the Minister of the Army "Bezalel Smotrić", who had recently been appointed to that new post.
