The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has announced two new deaths, including a child, in the past 24 hours due to famine.

The ministry stated that the total number of famine-related deaths has risen to 159, including 90 children, amid the ongoing blockade, severe shortage of humanitarian aid, and the inability of medical institutions to meet the population’s health and nutritional needs.

Since March 2, 2025, the occupation has closed all crossings into the Gaza Strip and has been preventing the entry of most food and medical supplies, leading to a widespread famine across the region.
