In the second and third readings, the Knesset ratified the draft law of “disintegration canceling law” in both Gaza and the West Bank.
According to this law, colonial settlers are allowed to return to 4 disintegrated settlements. Also, canceling the law of penal sanction posed on the settlers entering or residing in any of these four settlements, which were established on Palestinian lands, northern West Bank.
“Disintegration” is an Israeli one-sided plan, implemented by the government of Ariel Sharon, former Prime Minister of Israel, in 2005 Summer. Based on this plan, all Gaza settlements were evacuated, in addition to 4 settlements in the northern occupied West Bank.
