Richard Hecht, spokesman of the Israeli army, stated to CNN that the Israeli entity is going through very turbulent times and is seeking to reduce escalation after the tension in Al-Aqsa, Gaza, and Lebanon.
"We are facing interconnected fronts on the borders at the present time. It started in Al-Quds and was expanded to include Hamas in Gaza and Lebanon, and this is due to the events that took place in Al-Quds and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa recently," Hecht said.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the Israeli entity wants to reduce the tension, adding that there is a sensitive weekend coming with the so-called Passover holiday, in coincidence with Ramadan.
