Colonial Israeli settlers attacked three Jerusalimate families from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood with bullets, stones and pepper gas.
Saleh Deyab, the neighborhood’s committee member, demonstrated that the illegal settlers assaulted Nusseibeh and Hammad families with stones as they were en route to “Tomb of Shimon Al-Siddiq” in the middle of the neighborhood.
In that connection, Deyad confirmed that a group of colonial Israeli settlers who were around the tomb threw stones at his house when the family members were at the house yard. He also mentioned that he with his family immediately made their way to the tomb, where an illegal settler shot a bullet at him. The colonial settlers also sprayed the paper gas at a young man from the family.
