Today, Sunday, the PALM Strategic Initiative Center conducted an appraisal performance meeting for the first quarter of the 2023 plan for all of its departments. The meeting was attended by Mohammed Nadir Al-Nuri Qamar Al-Zaman, the CEO of Cinta Gaza Malaysia (CGM), Allaaeldin Mansour, the Gaza program manager, and Sadi Salem, the Malaysian Cultural Center manager.

Correspondingly, the managers of the PALM Strategic Initiative Center, along with the employees, were involved in the session.

In that connection, Mohammed Nadir Al-Nuri commended the center for its work and urged skill-building and increased efforts to improve work and performance in order to achieve international status. 

During the appraisal meeting, the administrative department obtained 90%, followed by the media department's score of 88% and the translation department's score of 87%. Ultimately, in order to assist and inspire the team to be innovative and thrive at work, the employees were rewarded for their achievements and contributions.
