Since the beginning of the year, 22 settlement plans have been approved by the Israeli occupation forces with the goal of expanding settlements in the occupied Al-Quds at the price of seizing the lands of the Jerusalemites and denying them their right to live in their city.
Al-Quds has experienced a significant acceleration and an unprecedented settlement offensive since the inception of the extremist right-wing occupation government in January 2023, with the approval of the construction of thousands of settlement units, the confiscation of more Palestinian territories, and the eviction of Jerusalemites.
Since the start of this year, 22 plans for settlement growth have been revealed, totaling 16,060 settlement units. Next month, the Israeli "Ir Amim'' organization, which focuses on Al-Quds affairs, confirms that another plan for further new 7000 outposts will be presented.
