The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from the Israeli genocide has risen to 61,430 martyrs and 153,213 wounded since October 7, 2023.

The ministry reported that 61 martyrs and 363 wounded were brought to Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours. It added that the death toll of the “bread seekers”—those starved and killed by Israeli gunfire near humanitarian aid distribution points—has risen to 1,778 martyrs and more than 12,894 injuries, with hospitals receiving 35 martyrs and 304 wounded in the last 24 hours alone.

The ministry also noted that in the past 24 hours, Gaza hospitals recorded four new deaths caused by famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of victims of Israeli starvation and malnutrition to 197 martyrs, including 96 children.
