The Israeli Supreme Court will convene a session for the prisoner Ahmed Manasra today, Monday.
According to the Prisoner's Club, Ahmed Manasra's attorney Khaled Zabarqa has confirmed that a new court hearing is being held for him in the Supreme Court of the Occupation to consider the defense team's petition objecting to his continued solitary confinement due to the ongoing deterioration of his psychological and physical condition.
It is significant that the occupation court prolonged the prisoner Manasra's six-month solitary confinement sentence in March, noting that he has been held in isolation in solitary confinement since October 2021 and that he suffers from a terrible psychological ailment.
Manasra was imprisoned for nine and a half years total, of which he served around seven years, after being apprehended in 2015 when he was just 13 years old.
