Stones were thrown by illegal Israeli settlers at passing citizens' cars, shattering some of their windows, according to local sources, who stated that roughly 100 settlers congregated near the northern entrance of Al-Bireh.
In a related matter, settlers set fire to agricultural fields south of the town of Burin, Nablus, resulting in the burning of dozens of olive trees, according to Ibrahim Omran, mayor of the village. Omran also confirmed that settlers from "Yitzhar," who were living on land owned by citizens, were responsible for this rioting incident.
