The Israeli occupation forces shot and killed 33-year-old Bilal Kadah in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health.

The occupation soldiers prevented the Red Crescent and Palestinian medical crews from reaching the young man who had been shot and was bleeding on the ground, preventing them from giving him first aid and saving his life.

According to Israeli media, a military unit killed a Palestinian man, claiming that he attempted to install an explosive device in the area and that gun was discovered in his car.
