Denis Mukin killed Diyar Al-Omari, a citizen of Sandala village, about two and a half months ago. Mukin claimed he was acting in self-defense, but evidence of the incident shows that it was a cold-blooded murder.
Following a Jerusalem Central Court judge's decision two weeks ago acquitting the policeman who shot and killed Eyad Al-Hallaq, the Northern District Prosecutor's Office of the Central Court of Nazareth filed an indictment against Mukin for causing murder, but it appears that this has now opened a gap before Mukin to escape from persecution.
The autistic Palestinian young man from Al-Quds named Al-Hallaq was found shot by police in a trash room next to Bab al-Asbab and is accused of being an armed terrorist.
Therefore, Al-Omari, who might argue that he was injured in the chest and shoulder and attempted to flee in the direction of his car, wanted to obtain his weapon so he could beat Mukin.
It is without a doubt possible to read Judge Lonev's decision, which runs against to the sound mind, as authorizing the killing of Arabs.
