In a rare and unprecedented manner, an Israeli newspaper revealed that the Israeli military intelligence (AMAN) has sent four warning books to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding the erosion of deterrence due to the division within Israeli society.

The newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" stated that the intelligence warned Netanyahu that his continuation of controversial legislative actions would severely weaken Israel's deterrence against its adversaries, who perceive the army and society as being in constant disarray.

Senior intelligence officers cautioned that the impact would be immediate and long-term, as the entity entered an unprecedented crisis in relations with the United States.
