Channel Seven said that the occupation’s Central Court in occupied Al-Quds ruled 13M shekels as a compensation to be paid by the Palestinian Authority to the families of the three killed settlers who died in a 2002 operation. The families had filed the lawsuit 16 years earlier accusing the PA of being directly involved in the operation carried out by the martyr Mohammed Hashayka, who was arrested by the Palestinian security body and released upon the orders of the Palestinian intelligence officer Tawfiq Al-Tirawi and Minister of Civil Affairs Hussein Al-Sheikh.
