The occupation soldiers fired stun grenades at Palestinian workers close to the northern Qalqilya crossing, injuring many of them, one of them critically.
One of the injured was rushed to the hospital after being struck in the face by a stun grenade, causing lacerations in his mouth, and he will need surgery, according to sources.
Sources: Once the workers got on the other side of the crossing, they were startled to see the occupation police, who fired stun grenades directly at them and withdrew the buses that were transporting them to their workplaces. This was done as a form of collective punishment against the Palestinians by the occupation.
