The extension of an electricity network to a settlement outpost on the town of Qusra's property, south of Nablus, as part of building an integrated infrastructure for two outposts on the property, was denounced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
As part of the racist settlement plan that was presented to the Prime Minister of the occupation government in order to construct a sizable settlement bloc in the southern Nablus area, which leads to deeper settlement, the Foreign Ministry added that this measure aims to steal more Palestinian land, legitimize those outposts, and turn them into settlements. As a result, this plan will divide the country into governorates and Palestinian population centers.
The Foreign Ministry considered it an intensification of the occupation's operations to gradually and undeclared annexation of the occupied West Bank and held the occupation government entirely and directly accountable for the legalization of haphazard outposts and the theft of additional lands belonging to Palestinian citizens.
