The Israeli occupation forces reportedly destroyed or seized 33 buildings, including ten homes, in occupied Al-Quds and Area C of the occupied West Bank over the course of the last two weeks under the pretext that they lacked building permits, according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Palestinian Territories (OCHA).
In a report detailing the crimes committed by the occupation between August 8 and August 21, 2023, the office noted that the demolitions led to the eviction of 22 Palestinians, including 10 children, and the harm of more than 100 other people's livelihoods.
In the past two weeks, the occupying forces have killed six Palestinians, including one child, and injured 559 Palestinians, including at least 148 children, throughout the West Bank, according to a UN report.
