The Palestinian Prisoners Club stated that the Israeli occupation will hold a court hearing for Ahmed Manasarah, a Palestinian prisoner isolated in Ayalon prison, on Wednesday.

According to his attorney, Khaled Zabarka, the court will convene in Ramla at 8:30 a.m. to consider prolonging his solitary confinement, as his present isolation order ends on September 18. This is at the request of the prisons' administration.

The prisoner has been held in solitary confinement for almost two years, which has worsened his mental and physical health over time. Despite all legal efforts to have him released and international pressure, the occupation maintains that he committed the crime and holds him in unfavorable circumstances.
