Tens of thousands of settlers performed Talmudic rituals at the Buraq Wall, the western wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that groups of settlers began to arrive at the Western Wall to celebrate and perform their rituals on the eve of the start of the so-called Jewish holidays.
The Jewish holidays season begins with what is known as Rosh Hashanah (New Hebrew Year) and reaches its peak at the end of this month with the Sukkot holiday (the Tabernacle or Throne) and then Simchat Torah (Rejoicing of the Torah).
The occupation government has announced a comprehensive closure of the occupied West Bank and the closure of crossings in the Gaza Strip, starting from noon today due to the holidays.
