For the twelfth day running, the Israeli occupation government has kept the Beit Hanoun/Erez crossing with the Gaza Strip closed.
The Beit Hanoun crossing, which was still closed for workers from entering the Palestinian territory in 1948, is only now operational in part to travel sick cases, according to the Gaza Crossings and Borders Authority.
As part of its policy of collective punishment against the citizens of the Gaza Strip, the occupation recently barred thousands of workers from entering occupied Palestine due to reports that they had demonstrated in front of the illegal separation fence east of the Strip over the previous days in support of Al-Aqsa and prisoners.
