Kamala Harris, US Vice President-Elect, said that the Democratic Administration will reopen the PLO’s envoy offices in Washington, reopen the American Consulate in east Al-Quds, resume economic and humanitarian aids to the Palestinians, and oppose the annexation and settlement expansion.
