Director General of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Dr. Mohammad Abu Salmiya, stated that doctors are unable to provide medical services to the wounded and sick due to the overwhelming number of casualties.

He added that over 500 martyrs and more than 1,000 wounded have been recorded in Gaza's hospitals within just four days, as a result of the occupation's intensified campaign of genocide against the Gaza Strip.

Abu Salmiya emphasized that the occupation is deliberately targeting the healthcare system to kill as many people in Gaza as possible. He pointed out that doctors have reached a point where they are forced to prioritize between patients due to overcrowding and the severe shortage of medical supplies.
