The Gaza Ministry of Health has warned of catastrophic figures indicating the near collapse of the health sector after 600 days of genocidal war.
In a statement, the ministry said that 22 out of 38 hospitals are now out of service.
It also revealed that 47% of essential medications and 65% of medical consumables are completely out of stock. Only 30 out of 105 primary care centers are currently operational.
The ministry added that only 50 out of 104 operating rooms are functioning under catastrophic conditions.
It noted that 41% of kidney failure patients have died during the war, along with 477 patients who were waiting to travel abroad for treatment. Additionally, 60 children have died due to malnutrition.
According to the ministry, only 49 out of 110 hospital generators are functioning, and they urgently need maintenance and increased fuel supplies.
