A medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza announced the death of a child due to malnutrition in the city.
The number of children who have died as a result of malnutrition has risen to 70, while the total number of deaths caused by the lack of food and medicine has reached 620 patients since the start of the war, according to data from the Government Media Office in Gaza.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that emergency departments are witnessing an unprecedented influx of cases from all age groups suffering from severe exhaustion due to hunger. It noted that hundreds whose bodies have withered away are now facing inevitable death, having exceeded their physical limits.
