Since dawn today, 34 Palestinians have been martyred and others injured in ongoing Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.
Journalist Tamer Al-Zaanin was killed, and journalist Ibrahim Abu Ashiba was injured during the abduction of Dr. Marwan Al-Hams near the Red Cross Hospital in Al-Mawasi, west of Rafah in the southern part of the Strip.
Four civilians, including a woman, were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted a water desalination plant in Gaza City. Five others were martyred and several injured in an Israeli airstrike on a tent sheltering displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza.
At dawn today, Israeli warplanes launched a series of intense airstrikes on the southeastern areas of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have been committing a genocide in the Gaza Strip, resulting in over 195,000 Palestinians killed or injured — the majority of them children and women — and more than 10,000 reported missing.
