The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the death of five citizens, including two children, during the past 24 hours as a result of famine and malnutrition.

The ministry stated that the total number of victims of famine and malnutrition has risen to 322, including 121 children. It clarified that 44 Palestinians, among them six children, have died since the declaration of famine in the Gaza Strip by the IPC on August 22, 2025.

Since March 2, the occupation has closed all crossings leading into Gaza, preventing the entry of humanitarian aid. This has pushed the Strip into a state of famine despite the accumulation of aid trucks at its borders, while allowing only very limited quantities that do not meet the minimum needs of the starving population.
