The Government Media Office stated that only 104 gas trucks have entered Gaza from the start of the ceasefire until December 6, 2025, compared to the 660 trucks that should have entered.
It added that just 16% of Gaza’s gas needs have been supplied, creating a severe humanitarian gap that affects all aspects of daily life and harms 2.4 million Palestinians in the Strip.
It also explained that a single family receives only 8 kilograms of gas every three months—the duration of one distribution cycle—due to the scarcity of supplies, leaving Gaza’s gas crisis stuck in place.
