Israeli occupation authorities approved a request by Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich to legalize 19 settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Channel 14 reported that the Israeli cabinet’s ministerial committee endorsed the legalization of 19 new settlements in the West Bank.

Mustafa Barghouthi, Secretary-General of the National Initiative, stated that the approval of the Israeli cabinet for the establishment of 19 new settlements on stolen Palestinian land, without objection from the so-called Israeli opposition, confirms that the entire Zionist system is complicit in violating international law and implementing a colonial settlement project.
