A source in the Blue and White told Israel Hayom newspaper that talks are made about the absence of a strong leadership in the party and the decrease in its popularity in the polls published by Israeli media.

The possibility of heading to a fourth election, and Benny Gantz' incompetence to lead the government as prime minister are main factors that could lead to a change in the leadership.

The main purpose of forming a party is that it would replace the government which is why a big number of the party members support replacing Gantz himself.

The Blue and White party is divided into two groups, one that is in favor of holding elections next March; and another that wants to replace Gantz to save the party which is expected to have 6 seats only.

Only a small number believes in the possibility of reaching a solution with the Likud, indicating that it is almost impossible.
