Murad Ishtiwi, coordinator of the Local Popular Resistance Committee in Qalqilya, said that tens of Palestinian citizens suffocated during the confrontations with the occupation’s forces in Kafr Qaddum to the east of Qaliqilya in the north of the occupied West Bank.

He also said that a military unit broke into the town after the weekly peaceful anti-settlement demonstration started. The demonstrators demand for the opening of the village’s street, which has been closed down for more than 13 years. The soldiers heavily targeted the citizens with teargas and sound bombs causing the suffocation of tens of citizens.
