Hatem Abdul Qadir, leader in Fatah ruled out the possibility of prisoner Marwan Barghouti, member in Fatah Central Committee, chairing the Fatah electoral list in the legislative elections. Abdul Qadir confirmed that Barghouti had informed them of running for the presidential elections.
