Khalil Al-Hayya, member in Hamas’ Political Bureau, told Al-Aqsa TV that the Constitutional Supreme Court must not be involved in the Palestinian elections as it threatens the electoral process. Majority of the factions agree.

Al-Hayya said that the Court was formed without national consent, and will be addressed as an issue during Cairo dialogues.

He expressed his hope for Fatah to keep the Court far from the elections so that the electoral process continues without obstacles.
