The 'Israel' Hayom newspaper reported that Moshe Lyon, the mayor of occupied Al-Quds, announced the implementation of a settlement project which he described as a historic project to develop and expand Pisgat Ze'ev settlement in north Al-Quds.
The newspaper said that 900 settlement units will be built at a cost of 350M NIS in Pisgat Ze'ev.
277M NIS will be allocated for the construction of a railway to connect the settlement with the light train line in Al-Quds.
