The ‘Israeli’ occupation forces arrested Sheikh Bassam Al-Sa’di, 61-year-old leader in Islamic Jihad, and his relative Abdelrahman Al-Sa’di, 29, after having broken into Jenin camp in the occupied West Bank.
The forces blew the door of Al-Sa’di’s house, broke into his place, detained his family and arrested his father. The soldiers raided the house of Abdelrahman which led to violent confrontations between the youth and the soldiers who fired bullets at the armless citizens, injuring a young man and two female citizens.
Confrontations also erupted in Ein Yabrud village in north Ramallah. The soldiers fired teargas at the citizens. In Ramin town, two citizens suffocated after inhaling the teargas fired by the soldiers while raiding the town.
A settler ran over Ali Zeidan, 25, with his vehicle in Deir Istiya in north-east Salfit. Zeidan suffers from medium injury.
