The wounded detainee, Abdul Munim Al-Aida, 20, was martyred at the Israeli Shaare Zedek Medical Center, days after being shot by Israeli occupation forces and arrested in Hebron, in the occupied West Bank.

The General Authority of Civil Affairs, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club stated that Al-Aida was subjected to a crime of gunfire by the occupation forces with the intent of executing him in the field.

With the martyrdom of the wounded detainee Al-Aida, the number of martyrs among prisoners and detainees has risen to 77 since the beginning of the genocide war on Gaza on October 7, 2023 — and these are only those whose identities have been confirmed amid the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance.
