Kamil Abu Rukun, Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, told KAN 11 that the Palestinian elections are considered a big risk because of the possibility of Hamas’ victory. He confirmed that if Hamas wins, the security coordination would stop.

About holding elections in the eastern part of Al-Quds, he recommended that they should not be held there, while the Channel suggested that the official occupation position on holding of elections in Al-Quds was not yet clear .
