Netanyahu Threatens Iran

Apr 15, 2021 12:50 pm

PM Benjamin Netanyahu sent a subtle threat to Iran in his speech on the so-called Memorial Day for the Fallen Soldiers.

Netanyahu said that the 1973 wars taught them to remain cautious of any war or annihilation threats from those who seek to destroy them.

The occupation has recently renewed its attacks on Iranian targets. Some Israeli analysts believe that the most recent escalation against Iran was ordered by Netanyahu whose attempts to form a government under his control have failed. He tries to create tension and a state of emergency to persuade the right parties to join his government.

The New York Times quoted an Israeli security official saying that the occupation has no plans to respond to the attack on its ship in the UAE’s waters because it wishes to calm the situation in the Gulf.

The newspaper reported a US official who said that the occupation was concerned over Iran’s possible targeting of the Israeli cargo ship and had asked Washington for protection.

The ship was attacked after two days from the attack on the Iranian nuclear plant. Analysts deemed this attack as the occupation's attempt to end Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
