The Israeli radio announced the new government formation. The rotation government will be first headed by Naftali Bennett for two years, and Yair Lapid as Foreign Minister first and then Prime Minister after.

Channel 2 reported that current PM Benjamin Netanyahu told his close circle that he did not want to quit political work. Instead, he would head the opposition and challenge Bennett, Sa'ar and others with confusing drafts and statements.

A source in Likud said that they would not offer the new government any peace to prove its incapability of realizing the right bloc ideology.
