Israel Hayom website reported that the new occupation's government pledged to issue construction permits for the settlers to build settlements in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds and the Jordan Valley every 3 months.

According to the website, this agreement was originally concluded between the settlers' leadership and the previous government led by Benjamin Netanyahu. It said that the Foreign Minister of the occupation confirmed in recent talks with settlements' leaders that the agreement is still valid with the new government, especially with War Minister Benny Gantz.
