PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre and Nafha Centre signed a cooperation agreement to fund two diplomas: One for teaching Hebrew (140 hrs) and another for teaching translation in Hebrew (100 hrs).

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ibrahim Alzaeem, Director of PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre; Eman Ben Said, Director of Nafha; and Ahmed Al-Faleet, Hebrew language trainer and translator at the Centre.

The Centre funded the diplomas with 9,600 USD each. Nafha Centre will conduct interviews to select 22 beneficiaries in each diploma in the presence of a member from PALM Centre.

The two projects aim to teach Hebrew to Palestinian youth and to further understand the Israeli occupation, learn how to address it, and stop its settlement plans and attempts to suppress the Palestinian cause.
