The Gaza government media office confirmed that the number of journalist martyrs has risen to 231 since the start of the genocidal war on Gaza, following the deaths of journalists Tamer Al-Za’anin and Walaa Al-Jabari.

The office condemned the systematic targeting and killing of Palestinian journalists by the occupation, calling on the international community, relevant organizations, and media bodies worldwide to exert effective pressure to stop the genocide and protect journalists and media workers in Gaza.
